Antonio was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2010, the Texas Bar in 2016, and is licensed to practice before both the United States Supreme Court (2017) and the United States Tax Court (2023).

Prior to launching his own law firm, Antonio served as a business advisor during the 2008–2011 housing market crisis, providing legal and strategic guidance to executives in the homebuilding industry. He has also designed multi-million dollar estate plans, including faith-based and Shariah-compliant trusts, to help families preserve wealth across generations.
